Who can enter the draw?
Eligible to participate is everyone who is over the age of 18 and a permanent resident in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or Denmark. Participation is only possible during the promotional period: 02.01.2024 (10:00 a.m.) up until 31.05.2024 (11:59 p.m.).

How do I enter the draw?
To enter, participants must take the following steps during the promotional period:
- Purchase any Capri-Sun product
- Visit www.capri-sun-campervan.com
- Upload a photo of you and a Capri-Sun product (a selfie is sufficient) or of your purchase receipt
- Correctly input the requested details
- Consent the storage and management of personal information according the Capri-Sun Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and the T&Cs of this promotion.
- Submit the fully completed online entry form

Can I enter more than once?
Multiple entries are permitted and may increase the chances of winning, subject to the following:
- Each photo can only be uploaded once
- Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance to the entry requirements

Which Capri-Sun products are subject of this promotion?
Any Capri-Sun product gives you the chance to participate. Simply take a photo of yourself with the Capri-Sun product of choice and upload it to the entry form.

What should be visible in the entry photo?
The photo should showcase you and the purchased Capri Sun product.
Please note that Capri-Sun reserves the right to accept or deny a photo for the prize draw. Particularly, photos with political, discriminatory, racist, sexist, pornographic or violence-glorifying content will be denied participation.
The same applies to photos that disparage Capri-Sun or the products sold under this brand. Such photos will not be considered by Capri-Sun and will not take part in the winner draw.

What are the prizes?
Participants from Switzerland and Denmark only have the chance to win a Dethleffs campervan worth approx. €50,000.
Participants from Germany and Austria will also have the chance to win a €100 voucher and to receive an additional 15% discount voucher from Campingaz as a thank you for taking part in the draw.

How will I receive my Prize and How long will it take?
The winner of the Dethleffs Campervan will be notified via email within 14 days after the end of the promotion period and will be asked to send their contact information. After receiving the complete contact information and their verification, the winner will be contacted to plan the prize transfer.
The winners of the €100 vouchers will also be informed by email and will receive a personalised voucher code within this email. The voucher can be redeemed on the website https://www.campingaz.com/de/. until 31/12/2024.
In the event that the prize cannot be delivered, due to reasons on the winner’s side, the claim to the prize is no longer valid and a new winner will be drawn. The same applies if the winner doesn’t respond within 14 working days of being notified.
The winners of the €100 vouchers will also be informed by email and will receive a personalised voucher code within this email. The voucher can be redeemed on the website https://www.campingaz.com/de/. until 31/12/2024.
In the event that the prize cannot be delivered, due to reasons on the winner’s side, the claim to the prize is no longer valid and a new winner will be drawn. The same applies if the winner doesn’t respond within 14 working days of being notified.

Why can't I win a Campingaz voucher when participating from Switzerland or Denmark?
As Campingaz does not ship to Switzerland nor Denmark, participants from these countries are only participating in the raffle for the campervan.

Can I redeem the 15% discount voucher on other Campingaz websites instead of www.campingaz.com/de/?
No, the voucher can only be used in the German Campingaz online shop: www.campingaz.com/DE/

Is it possible to receive the prize in cash?
The prize claim is not transferable. There is no entitlement to a substitute total or partial cash payment of the respective prize value or to subsequent changes to the prize. The prize can only be redeemed as advertised.

Personal details – where do they go? Who sees them?
The data provided by the participant will be used by Capri-Sun or its competition service provider exclusively for the purpose of organising the competition and, in particular, for contacting the participant in the event of a win. The commissioned agency is Baudek & Schierhorn Shopper Marketing GmbH, Schellerdamm 16, 21079 Hamburg, Germany.
The following data will be requested: name, address, photo and e-mail address. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties with the exception of the competition service provider commissioned by Capri-Sun. Participants' data will be treated with absolute confidentiality and will be deleted once the competition has ended.
Every participant can request for their data to be deleted at any time at data-protection@capri-sun.com. In such cases the participant personal data will immediately be removed from the database and this will be confirmed by e-mail on request.
NOTE: The recipient of the data provided by the participants is exclusively Capri-Sun Vertriebs GmbH and its competition service provider.
